Internal Technical Sales & Project Management Support

By ensuring accurate forecasts, professional interactions with clients, and efficient project coordination, the role is essential for strengthening customer satisfaction and supporting the success of the external sales team. - Direct report to Global Sales Director - Internal sales support, forecast preparation, technical proposals, product presentation, documentation, and bid preparation - Project activity and event coordination for clients when required - Assistance in project follow-up and guaranteeing effective communication between clients, external sales teams, and internal departments - Support during client visits, demonstrations, product presentations, training, and events - Building solid relationships with suppliers and partners, accelerating processes, and maintaining competitive costs - Point of reference for customer requests, ensuring timely and professional responses - Assistance in managing project timelines and deliveries with internal departments and external stakeholders - Project status monitoring, guaranteeing follow-up and timely communication with clients - Sales activity registration, project advancement, and client feedback - Problem reporting and support in resolving issues to ensure punctual deliveries and customer satisfaction Profile - Concluded education in technical disciplines - Previous experience in a role supporting sales, project coordination, or customer service in a technical/engineering context - Preferably from the UPS sector, power protection, or datacenter - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and preferably CRM tools - Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish will be an asset - Availability for occasional travel for client visits, meetings, and events - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities - Excellent communication skills, and preparation and presentation abilities - Customer-oriented mindset, proactive, and problem-solving capabilities Benefits - Compensation in line with the role's responsibilities - Attention to personal needs related to professional activity - Autonomy in performing tasks - Stimulating work environment, open, and inclusive - Comfy office location easily accessible by public transport, with covered parking, and nearby natural trails that facilitate combining work and sports activities Contact Information For Interested Candidates?
