Internal Senior Recruiter (LATAM)

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can move fast, think strategically, and bring in top talent across borders, with a strong emphasis on LATAM recruiting . You will own full-cycle hiring for both internal roles and client roles, driving everything from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers. This is not a coordinator role. It is built for someone who thrives in a startup environment, operates autonomously, and manages multiple priorities with precision. What You'll Do: * Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including client-facing and internal positions. * Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and build effective recruiting strategies. * Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. * Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit. * Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the process. * Negotiate offers and close candidates. * Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. * Focus on LATAM recruiting efforts. What You'll Bring: * 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment. * Proven ability to source and attract top talent. * Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data analysis. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Experience recruiting for LATAM-based roles is a must. * Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a must. * Experience recruiting for technical roles is a plus.
