About the Role We’re looking for a customer-focused, proactive team player to support our busy distributors and processors in providing exceptional customer experiences. This role is all about building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet those needs. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
