About the Role: In this office-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key part in building strong relationships and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for: • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution; • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity; • Participating in sales meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies and tactics; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a deep understanding of the market and our customers’ needs.
