Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate must reside in the Bloemfontein area and have strong product knowledge within the industrial, irrigation and piping industry. Key Responsibilities Provide internal sales support to existing and new customers Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on outstanding enquiries Build and maintain strong customer relationships Assist customers with technical queries and resolve any issues that may arise Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders including suppliers, logistics providers and other departments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance Monitor and report on sales targets and key performance indicators Identify opportunities for growth and suggest strategies to achieve them Develop and implement sales plans and strategies in collaboration with the sales team Provide input into product development and improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
