Job description

Pay: £35,000.00 per year

Working in our brand new office in West Thurrock, RM20 3FN.

Monday to Friday 8-5.

Fast-growing and employee-focused business, career path, birthday off!

Are you an ambitious individual looking to grow your career?

Are you motivated, fun, and enthusiastic about delivering a world-class customer

service?

Are you a problem solver wanting to work with like-minded people?

If you can answer yes to all the above, please read on.

We’re a business that’s catapulted to £15m turnover since launching in 2019 as a

distributor of building materials. Our growth to date, and our future growth, is all

based around one thing - hiring, training, supporting, and growing great people! We

are all focused on helping our loyal customers and showing new customers what

we’re all about.

We’re not the absolute market leader (Yet), so even in a more challenging market we

have everything to gain. This role is all about the journey for you and us! The term

‘you’re not just another number’ couldn’t be more truer.

We have multiple examples of people who’ve joined us along the way so far who’ve

progressed, taken on more responsibility, and are rewarded for their efforts and

results. If you feel undervalued and like you’re just standing still where you are,

perhaps now is the time to reach out!

In this role, you will be:

  • Contacting warm leads.
  • Maintaining and building strong, lasting relationships with our loyal customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding personal and team targets!
  • Helping customers choose the right building products for their projects.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with our loyal customers.
  • Keeping things organised and up to date in our CRM system.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and teammates to make sure everything runs smoothly.

If the above sounds like you and you’re intrigued to know more, please click ‘Apply’!
