Internal Sales - Order Manager

As our Internal Sales / Order Manager in Nelson, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers — handling orders, answering product questions, preparing accurate commercial quotes, and coordinating supply across our branch network and manufacturing teams. You'll work closely with our Sales Representatives, Engineers, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to make sure projects are delivered on time and customers are kept in the loop every step of the way. It's a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Your responsibilities will include: • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly; • Preparing accurate commercial quotes for products and services; • Coordinating supply across our branch network and manufacturing teams; • Working closely with Sales Representatives, Engineers, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and customers are kept informed; • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order status.
