Internal Sales Medewerker

For a major player in the industrial sector located in Ninove, we are looking for a driven Internal Sales Medewerker. In this role, you will be the administrative hub that connects sales, logistics, and customers. Thanks to your structured approach and customer-centric mindset, you ensure that processes run smoothly and customers can rely on professional follow-up. Your task package as Internal Sales Medewerker: * Administrative support for the sales team in daily activities * Manage and track customer data, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system * Prepare, process, and track quotes, orders, requests, delivery documents, invoices, and credit notes * Coordinate transports in collaboration with the warehouse and external partners * Track planning, delivery, and placement of projects after implementation * Check and approve purchase invoices from suppliers * Timely ordering and tracking inventory for the central warehouse * Customer-centric handling and follow-up of complaints * Administrative processing of service activities and billing in the ERP system The ideal profile as Internal Sales Medewerker: * You have already gained relevant experience in a similar function * You work structured and get energy from planning, organizing, and following up * You have insight into or strong interest in logistical processes and inventory management * You work quickly with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel * You can work independently and feel at home in a dynamic environment * You communicate professionally and quickly in Dutch and French * You are meticulous, responsible, and customer-centric The offer as Internal Sales Medewerker: * A fixed contract, full-time or 4/5 possible * Flexible working hours and remote work possibilities for a healthy work-life balance * 12 extra ADV days thanks to a 40-hour workweek * A quickly accessible, file-free workspace ...
