About the role Lead and mentor a team of 7 high-performing internal salespeople while driving efficiency and productivity through effective process improvements, strategic planning, and strong communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, operations, and logistics • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress towards goals.
