Internal Sales Consultant

Our client is seeking a results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join their team at a leading name in the luxury home improvement sector. In this role, you’ll be the face of the showroom, guiding clients through high-end product offerings and helping them bring their interior dreams to life. Your strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and sales acumen will be key in creating an unmatched customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Provide expert advice on product ranges and solutions

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment

• Maintain showroom standards and ensure product displays are appealing and up to date

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail or showroom sales experience

• A flair for interior design and a passion for premium products

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a proven track record in sales

• Weekend availability required (as this is a retail-focused role)
