This Role Suits Someone Who: Has an interest in cars, 4WDs, or the automotive aftermarket Is confident and clear on the phone Learns systems and technical information quickly Can stay focused in a high-volume, desk-based role Takes pride in accuracy, follow-through, and accountability Automotive experience is not required Attitude and work ethic matter more than background What You’ll Be Doing Handling inbound calls and email enquiries from trade and corporate customers Preparing accurate quotes for customer requests Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers Providing excellent customer service at all times
