What You’ll Do:
- Deliver sharp, helpful service at the counter, on the phone and via email
- Quote fast, follow through, and keep customers coming back
- Pick and pack orders - accurately and efficiently
- Manage incoming stock and keep the place sorted
- Learn the product range so you can talk smart with tradies
- Pitch in across the branch - no silos, no passengers

What You’ll Bring:
- Wholesale background (trade, security, electrical or data is ideal) - you might be in sales already, or in the warehouse and keen to step up
- Confident with people. You build rapport, you don’t just process orders
- Practical and hands-on. Just as happy quoting as picking stock
- Organised, proactive, and sharp with follow-up
- Comfortable with multitasking and ready to jump in where needed
- Driver’s licence and unrestricted work rights
