Internal Sales Advisor

As Internal Technical Sales Advisor you provide commercial and technical support to electric installers and build a close relationship with them.

You are in daily contact with customers via multiple channels.

You are responsible for the complete tender process: identifying customer needs, developing a suitable solution based on an extensive product range and preparing the corresponding price tender. Tenders are commercially defended to the customer and closely followed up, so that the tender can be booked as an order. Upon approval, you give the order.

You are able to provide additional technical advice or win it in by your colleagues' specialists.

You follow the logistics trajectory, including keeping track of delivery deadlines and informing customers about inventory status, planned delivery, and ongoing orders.
