Internal Sales Advisor
Job description
As Internal Technical Sales Advisor you provide commercial and technical support to electrical installers and build a close relationship with them.
You are in daily contact with customers via multiple channels.
You are responsible for the complete offering process: identifying customer needs, developing a suitable solution based on an extensive product range, and preparing the corresponding price offer. Offers are commercially defended to the customer and closely followed up, so that the order can be booked as a purchase. Upon approval, you give the order in.
You are able to provide additional technical advice or win it from your colleagues' specialists.
You follow the logistic trajectory, including keeping track of delivery deadlines and informing customers about inventory status, planned delivery, and ongoing orders.
