Job description
Function
- You provide internal commercial and technical support to industrial installers and companies.
- You are in daily contact with customers via telephone, email, and digital channels.
- You manage the entire quotation process: needs analysis, solution development, completing tender documents, determining margin, and preparing quotations.
- You commercially defend quotations with the customer and follow them up closely until order.
- You enter orders and follow them up administratively.
- You provide additional technical advice where necessary.
- You manage administration and invoicing for key accounts.
- You follow up on backorders with suppliers and monitor delivery times.
- You proactively keep customers informed about stock status, deliveries, and ongoing orders.
- You work closely with the field sales team, the logistics team, and suppliers.
Profile
- You have a technical education, preferably in electricity.
- Experience in a similar function or sector is a strong asset.
- You are commercially minded and customer-oriented.
- You possess strong analytical skills.
- You communicate fluently and professionally.
- You work accurately and enjoy follow-up and structure.
- You speak Dutch fluently; knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are eager to learn and willing to further expand your technical knowledge.
