Internal Lawyer

Job Description We're looking for a well-rounded, in-house Legal Counsel to advance our business further. You will ensure that Gear Inc operates within the law at all times, offer your counsel on legal issues, and serve as an effective guardian of the company. In this role, you will need to build and develop legal strategies and objectives for the organization, and be responsible for Gear Inc's legal compliance. Main responsibilities Manage overall the legal matters of the company and subsidiaries, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Develop and implement legal strategies and objectives for the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide legal counsel and advice to the company's management and employees, ensuring that all legal matters are handled in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's legal interests are protected and that all legal matters are handled in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives. Serve as an effective guardian of the company, ensuring that all legal matters are handled in a manner that is consistent with the company's values and principles. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
