Job description
Supporting employees and managers with HR-related inquiries via phone and in writing. Advising on employee lifecycle processes and digital HR applications. Recording, documenting and forwarding requests to relevant internal interfaces and specialist teams. Working closely with internal partners and maintaining regular exchange within the team. Handling inquiries and complaints, including research and case resolution. Successfully completed commercial training or a university degree. Strong customer and service orientation combined with a friendly, professional manner. Fluent communication skills in Italian and Spanish, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage. A structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working.
