Commercial Intern - B2B Automotive

Adecco Italia Adecco Italia s.p.a. is looking for a professional in the commercial/sales B2B sector on behalf of a renowned e-commerce leader in Europe in the used car buying and selling market. The selected resource will be part of the Commercial - B2B team and will be responsible for managing the entire commercial process. Responsibilities: - Generate new sales opportunities through phone contacts with potential new customers - Manage and maintain customer trust by responding to inquiries, providing information on products and services, and resolving any issues that may arise - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 2 years of experience in commercial/sales B2B sector - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word - Familiarity with CRM systems - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
