Internal Auditor:in (m/w/d) in WIEN

- Participation in the preparation and maintenance of a uniform and comprehensive documentation of essential risks and corresponding controls in close coordination with the departments
- Conducting process-oriented audits including preparation, documentation, and follow-up of measures (Follow-up)
- Evaluation of the appropriateness and effectiveness of the Internal Control System (ICS) and the Risk Management System (RMS)
- Identification of risks and weaknesses in business processes and control mechanisms
- Support in internal audits as part of an interdisciplinary audit team
- Analysis of requirements and participation in the conception and implementation of optimization measures
- Support in special audits and occasion-based investigations
- Completed studies, ideally with a focus on business administration or law
- Relevant work experience in the field of Internal Audit, Risk Management, or ICS required
- Additional training in the field of revision or risk management and experience in handling audit or data analysis software is advantageous
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as COSO, ISO, or IIA standards is desirable
- Willingness to ongoing further education
- Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel and Word
- Experience in handling databases and tools for business process modeling
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, additional languages (English, Serbian, Turkish, Romanian) are of great advantage
- Stress resistance and organizational talent
- Flexibility, empathy, and enthusiasm
- Team and analytical skills, sovereign communication
- Driver's license class B required
