Internal Auditor

Your tasks Role Mission. As a Group Audit Specialist, you actively participate in carrying out audits. You develop a deep understanding of business processes and support the identification of risks and opportunities for improvement. Main Functions · Audit Preparation: Support in gathering relevant documents, document analysis, and risk-oriented pre-selection of audit subjects. · Execution of Audit Steps: Collaboration in interviews, sample verification, control testing, and process reviews. · Documentation: Creation and maintenance of work papers in audit software, including traceability of results. · Report Preparation: Support in drafting audit reports by preparing findings and formulating initial conclusions. · Data Maintenance: Support in maintaining databases of findings and measures, as well as in preparing reports. KPIs / Expected Results · Timely completion of assigned tasks · Quality of audit documentation · Contribution to the implementation of corrective measures Your Profile Your Profile · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable education · Basic knowledge of auditing, risk management, or regulatory compliance · Analytical mindset, precision, and ability to work in a team · Innovative mindset and curiosity · Basic understanding of processes · Basic knowledge of internal auditing and Internal Control System (ICS) · Confident use of MS Office · Good communication skills · Basic understanding of data · Business English About Us Do you want to be part of the future of retail?
