Internal Audit Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead and execute a risk-based internal audit strategy across regional operations. This role will act as a strategic Business Partner , collaborating with senior leadership to strengthen governance, risk management, internal controls, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong technical audit expertise with outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and has experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the organization's operations, policies, and procedures, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a high degree of independence, discretion, and professionalism, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing audit plans, conducting audits, and reporting findings and recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and auditing standards, as well as experience with audit software and tools.
