  • Min. 3 years of post-qualified experience in Internal Audit
  • Background in Internal Audit, Risk, or Compliance functions
  • Experience in planning and delivering audit assignments
  • Strong understanding of risk management and control frameworks
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Team leadership or project leadership experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is an advantage
  • Interest in financial markets and a fast-paced fintech environment

Internal Audit Manager

We are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join our Global Internal Audit team in our Kraków hub.

You will work closely with Internal Audit teams based in the UK and Poland, supporting the assessment of the company’s risk management framework and providing independent assurance and insights to the business.

Lead and deliver internal audit assignments across a wide range of business areas, Be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting audit work in line with the Annual Internal Audit Plan, Assess risk management and internal control frameworks across the business, Provide clear, high-quality audit reports with findings and recommendations, Work closely with stakeholders across different levels of the organization, Support continuous improvement of audit processes and risk management practices, Collaborate with international audit teams (UK and Poland)
