Intern - Real Estate & Expansion (m/w/d) @Studio Natura

Studio Natura is seeking an intern (m/w/d) for real estate and expansion!

As an intern, you will dive deep into the world of real estate and work on exciting expansion projects. You have the chance to further develop your skills as well as actively contribute to the success and mission of Studio Natura.

Tasks

• Proactive research on potential new locations for Studio Natura (High Street, transportation hubs, frequency zones) - including off-market acquisition.
• Communication with real estate agents and property owners regarding site development.
• Conducting site analyses including frequency, location quality, competition, and profitability
• Accompanying contract negotiations in close coordination with the management team
• Presentation of site analyses, business cases, and decision-making documents for the management team

Qualification

• Ai knowledge is assumed (Claude).
• You are enrolled in a relevant study program such as economics, architecture, real estate management or a similar field.
• You have a passion for the hospitality industry.
• You are strongly communicative and can work both in a team and independently.
• You are hands-on and set your own projects in motion.
• You possess good German and English skills in writing and speaking
