Who we are looking for

Here's what you'll do

Are you passionate about the dynamics of business internationalization? Do you want to deepen your understanding of the technical regulatory aspects of international trade? Join Chiesi's Import Export team. Under the supervision of the Import Export Operations Specialist, you will gain insight into the processes and dynamics related to business internationalization, particularly concerning contracts, international payments, shipments, and customs.



You will be responsible for:

  • Import operations from non-EU countries (control of import documentation, emails to foreign suppliers and Chiesi corporate agents)
  • Export operations (preparation and documentary control of non-EU shipments)
  • Issuance of pro forma invoices for CEE invoicing and related activities
  • Issuance of pro forma invoices for advance payments and for requests for import permits and customs invoices for consignment sales
  • Printing of certificates of origin
  • Preparation of document sets for banks
  • Preparation and tracking of express courier bulletins
  • Management of customs procedures
  • Preparation of documentation for Intrastat declarations
  • Data analysis and preparation of sales reporting


You should have:

  • Technical commercial diploma and/or bachelor's or master's degree in economic disciplines
  • Basic knowledge of general accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills


Contract & Benefits

Curricular Internship aimed at developing a thesis project within the company

Duration: minimum 6 months

The project can be carried out by alternating on-site activities at the Parma HQ with remote activities.

Monthly expense reimbursement: 1000 euros

Free shuttle service reserved for Chiesi employees from the train station to the internship location and/or free pass for the urban public transport service.
