Continuity Improvement Intern
Job description
Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives in plant, ensuring the application of Lean methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of continuous improvement ideas and track their implementation.
- Implement the SFM (Shop Floor Management) methodology in productive areas.
- Execute and maintain the 5S methodology on the production floor.
- Develop and maintain visual management tools in plant.
- Establish and implement daily routines for all operational personnel.
- Provide support in projects to improve plant performance.
- SUPPORT TRAININGS AND CAPACITATIONS ON LEAN METHODOLOGIES.
