Job Type: Full–Time (Work from Office)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0- 1 Years (Passout Students only)
Duration - 4 Months
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Identify key target audiences and tailor content to effectively engage and resonate with them.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continually refine and optimize strategies.
Content Creation and Management:
• Create compelling and visually appealing content (including but not limited to images, videos, and copy) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Whatsapp, etc.
• Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns (including promotions, contests, influencer partnerships, etc.) to drive user engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to integrate social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles is a plus.
