Intern – Board & Sample Management (male/female)

Job Description
- Track the inventory and availability of boards and samples across projects.
- Place orders for new boards/samples when stock levels are low.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of boards/samples to customers.
- Maintain an Excel-based tracking system for quantities, shipments, and usage.
- Regularly update and inform stakeholders (project managers, engineers, sales teams, and customers) about the current status of boards/samples.
- Support the documentation and preparation of shipping lists, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in data entry, inventory checks, and stock validation.
- Follow up with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues.
