Intern- AI Innovation - Startup Accelerator (w/m/d)

The Founders Bay Impact Accelerator is an intensive, six-month full-time program for startup teams that takes place twice a year. As pioneers in supporting startups beyond major metropolitan areas and rural regions, we get involved early on - ideal for teams that already have a concept or a prototype.

Our unique approach combines the advantages of the rural area with impact knowledge and top-notch startup support: individual support, targeted workshops, impact learnings, and weekly meetings, as well as collaborative work in our nationwide distributed Founders Homes.

We are looking for an intern in the AI Innovation field (m/w/d) for our accelerator program.

Tasks

You will be our first AI sparring partner – internally and for our startups. You will help us understand and concretely apply AI: in our daily business, in our programs, and directly with the founders we accompany.

What to expect

• Building and documenting AI use cases for startup operations (deal flow, automation, content, analysis)
• Conceptualizing and implementing AI workflows with tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, or LLM APIs
• Supporting prompt engineering and the use of generative AI models
• Conducting internal workshops & enablement sessions for our team
• Direct consulting for portfolio startups on their AI questions
• Research and evaluation of new AI tools and their potential for use

Qualification

• Studies in computer science, data science, AI, business informatics, or comparable
• A genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and practical curiosity about new tools
• First experiences with LLMs, automation tools, or no-code/low-code platforms
• Clear communication – you can explain complex tech topics simply
• Interest in startups and the venture scene
