The Global Finance Department—which includes Global Procurement and ICT—is committed to the continuous improvement of Chiesi Group's performance and governance. It plays a key role in strategic corporate operations thanks to its cross-functional contribution to all areas of the Group, from geographic to global levels, and from business to departmental functions. Who we are looking for

Here's what you'll do:

Are you passionate about the Accounts Receivable area? Do you want to deepen your understanding of the technical and fiscal aspects of customer accounting and credit management? Join the Account Receivable & Credit Management team. Under the Team's supervision, you will gain insight into the company's revenue cycle processes and dynamics.

You will be responsible for:

• Customer master data management;
• Active electronic invoicing with the electronic archiving workflow;
• Accounting entries and periodic controls related to revenue accounting;
• Local and foreign credit management, company reporting, control, reminders, and legal debt recovery;
• Overview of customer order management and collections, exports, and related documentation/declarations.

You will need to have:

• Commercial technical diploma and/or a bachelor's or master's degree in economic disciplines;
• Basic knowledge of general accounting;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite;
• Good spoken and written English language skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Teamwork skills.

Contract & Benefits

Curricular Internship aimed at developing a thesis project within the company

Duration: minimum 6 months

The project can be carried out by alternating on-site activities at the Parma HQ with remote activities

Monthly expense reimbursement: 1000 euros

Free shuttle service for Chiesi employees from the train station to the internship location and/or free pass for urban public transport service
