Intermediate/Senior Planner

ConsultANZ is seeking a Planner in Sydney for a top-tier civil engineering company to manage their workload. Main Duties Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Candy CCS, or similar tools, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable. Create and update master schedules, baselines, and work programs in line with project requirements and milestones. Monitor project progress, identifying delays, critical paths, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions to meet project objectives. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, goals, and deliverables. Utilize industry-standard tools and software to manage and track project progress. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices. Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve project success. Provide expert advice and guidance on project planning, scheduling, and control. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
