As an Intermediate Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our platform. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, as well as implement new features and improvements. This is a full-time position based in Cape Town, South Africa, but we also offer flexible remote work options. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role; Strong understanding of Linux and cloud-based technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure); Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation; Knowledge of containerization using Docker; Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively; Strong communication and collaboration skills.
