What You’ll Do As an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for: • Managing and coordinating the QS team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders. • Providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost planning, budgeting, and procurement. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and industry standards. • Identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective project delivery. What You’ll Need To Succeed As an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll need: • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with construction software and systems.
