Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Immediate Start

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a permanent salary role based in Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected consultancy in a key intermediate-level position. The role is focused primarily on contract administration and bank reporting, with your estimating skills being helpful. You'll be working closely with directors and senior staff on a variety of commercial projects around the region. Key responsibilities will include: • Contract administration and management for various construction projects; • Preparation and submission of project reports to clients; • Bank reporting and reconciliation; • Estimating and tendering support as required; • Collaboration with directors, senior staff, and other team members on commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry. You'll need to be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have strong communication and organizational skills. A NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Quantity Surveying would be an advantage.
