Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading construction company in Durbanville and they are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost control and financial management of construction projects from inception through to completion. Responsibilities: Preparation of accurate bills of quantities and cost estimates. Processing and negotiation of payments and final accounts. Review and approval of subcontractors' claims and valuations. Monitoring and controlling project costs, including preparation of regular progress reports and budget updates. Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions and project activities. Providing support and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and other team members as required. The successful candidate will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with relevant experience in the construction industry. They will have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
