We invite a talented and flexible Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional software development services for our client, a renowned U.S. regtech and fintech company developing a blockchain-based infrastructure for financial institutions. You'll contribute to building a Web3 tool that enables secure and transparent transactions for financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met; • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets; • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements; • Ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders; • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact the project; • Providing status updates and reporting on project progress. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of developers, designers, and other professionals who share your passion for innovation and collaboration. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of R$ 8,000 - R$ 12,000 per month, depending on experience. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software development industry; • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
