About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning through to delivery—across a range of high-value projects. Working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, you’ll ensure quality outcomes are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various sectors.
  • Lead consultant and contractor coordination.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare documentation, progress reports, and presentations.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the New Zealand commercial or construction sector.
  • Prior experience in a consultancy environment is essential.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a construction or building-related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
  • Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
