We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong expertise in Swift/iOS development to join our team. You’ll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client’s portfolio – a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.

✅ Is that you?

  • 3+ years of commercial Swift/iOS development experience
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services
  • Familiarity with mobile app architecture and lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Ability to work on ESS (Employee Self-Service) applications
  • Familiarity with unit testing and maintaining code quality
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Proactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability

Desirable:

  • Experience with PHP, Flutter, Kotlin, and MongoDB
  • Familiarity with payroll or HR system development
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud services (AWS)
  • Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll help develop and maintain mobile components of a robust payroll platform, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Build, maintain, and enhance mobile iOS features using Swift
  • Ensure successful integration with backend services via REST APIs
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code, including unit tests to ensure functionality and reliability
  • Collaborate with team members to design features, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
  • Support development of additional mobile functionality and ESS features as needed, using PHP, Kotlin, and Flutter
