Intermediate Information Security Officer (m/w/d)

You will accompany a growing fintech company as it becomes bankable and sets regulatory standards.

Tasks

• DORA Implementation: You implement the DORA requirements (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and ensure their compliance within the company.
• Architecture Governance: You review our IT infrastructure for conformity and ensure a efficient, appropriate implementation of security measures.
• Professional Representation: You represent our security concepts fundamenteally to customers, partner banks, and supervisory authorities.
• Risk Management: You advise the management on strategic IT risks and act as a competent contact person for all security questions.

Qualification

Background: Study or training in the IT field (e.g. system architecture) with a focus on information security or IT compliance.

Knowledge: First-hand experience with frameworks like ISO 27001 or DORA; ability to translate regulatory texts into technical processes.

Personality: You work independently, think solution-oriented and confidently enter negotiations with external stakeholders.

Languages: Conversational German and English.
