- Preparing drawings, reports, and consent documentation

- Liaising with councils, contractors, and clients
- Undertaking site visits and monitoring to support project delivery
- 3–6 years’ civil engineering experience, ideally in land development
- Solid design skills in Civil 3D or similar
- An understanding of NZ standards, consenting, and three-waters infrastructure
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work closely with surveyors, planners, and PMs
- A proactive mindset and an interest in growing into a senior role
- Current and valid NZ working rights
