About the role
This role suits a civil engineer with around 2+ years’ consultancy experience who’s ready for more responsibility, guidance, and exposure. You’ll work across a range of civil projects, supporting senior engineers while steadily taking on more ownership as your confidence grows.
You won’t be thrown in the deep end — but you won’t be stuck doing the same thing forever either. Development and progression are taken seriously here.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with civil design and project delivery
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and reports
• Support senior engineers across multiple projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

What you’ll need

• 2+ years’ experience in civil engineering consultancy
• Proven Civil 3D experience and knowledge
• A civil engineering degree or equivalent
• Solid technical foundations and willingness to learn
