About the Role

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, GST, PAYE and all things compliance
• Review outsourced compliance as your skills grow
• Support management reporting and cashflow forecasts, helping clients stay on track and make confident decisions
• Take ownership of your own client portfolio across a mix of industries, from SMEs to rental properties, with turnovers up to $5M
• Build direct client relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions

About You

• 2+ years of experience in a New Zealand CA firm
• Confident using Xero and MYOB
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a genuine team player
• No CA qualification required
