Intermediate Angular Developer

Role Overview

The Angular Developer is responsible for designing and building modern, high-performance web applications that deliver impactful digital solutions for enterprise clients. The role focuses on front-end development excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to scalable, user-centric applications. This position supports continuous learning, innovation, and the delivery of high-quality software in a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility 1: Front-End Development & Delivery

• Develop responsive, scalable web applications using Angular
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned to best practices
• Contribute to front-end architecture and design decisions
• Ensure high-quality delivery across the development lifecycle

Responsibility 2: UI/UX Collaboration

• Work closely with designers to translate UX/UI designs into functional interfaces
• Build intuitive and user-friendly experiences
• Continuously improve user experience and interface performance

Responsibility 3: Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services
• Ensure seamless data flow between front-end and backend systems
• Participate actively in agile team processes and discussions

Responsibility 4: Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing
• Identify opportunities to optimise performance and scalability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team practices and standards

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Angular (v10+)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
• Understanding of clean code principles and front-end best practices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with RxJS, NgRx, or state management tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or containerisation
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (advantageous)
• Equivalent practical experience considered
