Job Description
As an Intermediate Accountant, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio across individuals, SMEs, trusts, and group structures. You’ll prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS, while increasingly stepping into advisory projects including structuring, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and broader financial strategy work. You will be supported by approachable leaders, ongoing training, and a clear progression pathway.

Successful Applicant
You will bring at least 3 years of public practice experience with a solid grounding in compliance and a strong interest in modern advisory. You are confident using cloud accounting systems (Xero preferred), have strong communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively with clients and your team. Proactivity, curiosity, and a growth mindset will be highly valued.
