The Intermediary Relationship Manager, State Street Investment Management Australia, Assistant Vice President II will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key intermediaries, including banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions, to drive growth and revenue for State Street Investment Management’s Australian intermediary business. The role will also involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as providing exceptional client service and support to existing clients. The Intermediary Relationship Manager, State Street Investment Management Australia, Assistant Vice President II will work closely with the State Street Investment Management Australia sales team, product specialists, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key intermediaries, including banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions, to drive growth and revenue for State Street Investment Management’s Australian intermediary business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing business plans and strategies. Provide exceptional client service and support to existing clients, including responding to client inquiries, resolving client issues, and providing product and market information. Work closely with the State Street Investment Management Australia sales team, product specialists, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives. Develop and maintain knowledge of State Street Investment Management’s products and services, as well as industry trends and developments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of the Australian financial services industry and market trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
