Interiors Product Manager (H/F)

Could you be the full-time Interiors Product Manager (H/F) in Valenciennes we’re looking for? Take on a new challenge and apply your product management and interior design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, dynamic, and multicultural teammates. You'll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that redefine passenger experiences and enhance the competitiveness of our products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (rolling stock platforms, engineering, industrialization, passenger experience), coordinate product development activities, and ensure the competitiveness of our portfolio. You’ll specifically take care of defining and managing the interiors product roadmap to ensure availability for sale and delivery (Free For Tenders - FFT), but also oversee cost, weight, recyclability, and performance efficiency. We’ll look to you for: Deploying the product portfolio strategy in coordination with relevant teams Ensuring product competitiveness in terms of technology, key value parameters, and costs Monitoring the market and competition to identify technological gaps and propose corrective actions Confirming product definitions for each tender and application, including variabilities Supporting projects to maintain product strategy in alignment with tender definitions Coordinating collaboration between development sites and teams (engineering, industrialization, procurement, tenders, etc.) Maintaining updated product documentation and definitions Actively contributing to product development to achieve FFT status All about you: We value passion and attitude over experience.
