Job description

Job Purpose Responsible for planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of all sorts of Interior Works & Maintenance for CMD residences (Mumbai & Pune) & Corporate Office (Pune) to ensure that the execution is in synergy with the management's expectations on the desired quality, cost & timeline adherence. Also responsible for Interior project execution for any of the ongoing/planned projects across various plants. Responsible for final review & approval of contractors RA/Final bills and Certification/Endorsement.
