Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Interior draughtman from Retail Background We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer/Draughtsman with hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation . The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire design process—from concept development to execution—ensuring high standards of quality, precision, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present interior design concepts based on client requirements; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into overall retail strategies; Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for interior spaces; Conduct site visits to measure and document existing conditions; Create and maintain accurate records of project progress and timelines; Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; 3+ years of experience as an Interior Designer/Draughtsman; Proficiency in AutoCAD and BOQ preparation; Strong understanding of design principles, spatial relationships, and visual merchandising; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
