Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client. Skills Required: • 1–2 years of overall experience • Minimum 6 months of interior design experience • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SketchUp or Autodesk Revit, is a plus • Strong understanding of color theory and spatial planning • Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Familiarity with building codes and regulations is an asset.
