Interim Site Manager Fotovoltaico - 12 Months

LHH Leader Company in Renewable Energy Responsibilities The Interim Site Manager reports to the Construction Manager It is responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. Supervises and coordinates activities; coordinates and oversees various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation to foundation work. Maintains constant contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle, accompanies them during site visits, and responds to questions or doubts about the progress of works. It is responsible for ensuring that safety protocols are respected on-site during visits and ensures that contractors and work teams operate in a safe environment conforming to regulations. Responsibilities / Tasks: ?Contract EPC management and on-site operations, project documentation review for quality assurance, technical accuracy, planning, etc. ?Site management during construction, ensuring the completion of the project within the expected timeframe and budget. ?Project supervision and direction, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements, work progress monitoring, and collaboration with accounting technicians to monitor costs. ?On-site worker coordination. ?Ensure on-site safety and prepare technical reports, projects, and quality/safety control reports. ?Ensure conformity of the project to company standards for Corporate Social Responsibility, Quality, Environment, and Safety. ?Support in closing documentation to be delivered to the Asset Management team at the end of projects. ?Support to the Asset Management team during the warranty period. Your Profile ?Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferable). ?Proven experience (8-10+ years) in managing on-site operations and energy production facilities under construction. ?In-depth knowledge of Italian building regulations and practices. ?Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. ?Problem-solving skills and stress resistance. ?Good English proficiency. A 12-month full-time contract is offered with relocation and company car. The economic range is between €60,000-€75,000.
