Job description

Drive innovation along the presbyopia workflow and deduce product, service and market implementation requirements from customer insights / needs to feed into overall service and product development and steer all relevant internal and external functions delivering these needs accordinglySteer the decision-making process in case of competing goals for workflows, services and products between the involved teams within and cross Business Sectors Safeguard the alignment within the Business Sector (PM, R&D), SBU (e.g. Strategic Marketing, Sales & Support) and other functions such as Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management to bring workflow-specific business plan to lifeConsolidate competitor information from different stakeholders and review other relevant information on developments and trends in the market as a basis for adjusting the workflow roadmap, positioning concepts and the strategic implementation measures in the companyBuild application know-how on workflow level with special focus on presbyopia managementMaintain close contact with key opinion leaders for joint development and input into commercial development and marketing activitiesSupport the planning, analysis and documentation of formative and summative usability studies and validationsContribute to the creation and maintenance of Usability Engineering Files in compliance with IEC 62366-1 and FDA/NPMA Guidance and assist in the development of use specifications, task analyses, and user interface specificationsProvide Usability documentation for Design History Files (DHF) and regulatory submissionsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams (R&D, QA/RA, Clinical, Design) to integrate user insights into product designCommunicate usability findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders Completed degree in Healthcare or International Management, Economics/Business Administration, Human Factors Engineering, Medical Technology, Optometry, or related fieldsExperience in product management and/or human factors engineering; marketing, sales or business management is an advantage, preferably in a medical technology company with hard- and software productsEntrepreneurial mindset and way of working, paired with strong team spiritExcellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong coordination abilitiesStrong analytical, strategic, and organizational skillsWillingness to travelBusiness fluency in German and English Opportunity to work for a globally recognized technology leaderStrong professional development and career prospects Our many years of recruitment experience and our expert knowledge of the engineering job market make us a strong partner for engineers and technicians.
